| Fees and offprints |
| The processing fee is $25 per printed page and additional $25 per article for review. The invoice will be provided by Binary Information Press, USA. The corresponding author will receive 20 offprints free of charge. An offprint order form will be supplied by the publisher for ordering additional paid offprints. |

| Copyright Transfer Form |
| Upon acceptance of an article, the author(s) will be asked to transfer copyright of the article to the Publisher. The manuscript will not be published until the Copyright Transfer Form is received. The form is available at CopyrightForm.pdf. |
