Papers should be submitted as a single PDF file and the reviewing process is carried out using that PDF. It is crucial that all graphical and tabular elements be placed within the text, so that the PDF is suitable for reviewing. Authors and editors send and receive all correspondence by email via the website and no paper correspondence is performed.
Revised papers should be submitted in both PDF and source-file format (LaTeX). Illustrations are preferred in the following formats: EPS; JPEG; TIFF. The resolutions on these formats should be high, i.e. color: minimum 400 dpi, line: 1000dpi minimum, halftone: 300dpi minimum and combination 500dpi minimum.
Online Submission
To submit a new manuscript online, please create a new account or log in to the Author Center, click Online Submission and follow the instructions there for electronically submitting the first draft of a new manuscript. Electronic submission expedites the review process and allows authors to track the status of their manuscripts via Track a Paper.

Reviewing Fee
The author will be charged US$25 or 200RMB of reviewing fee. Please make it payable to:
